I received a job offer in California and we suddenly needed to sell our house. The job started before the house sold, so I left and my family stayed in Albuquerque. Deanna and Eric were simply amazing and accommodating with showings and with helping my family to get our home sold, within weeks of listing and for full price! Unfortunately, right as this happened for us COVID-19 hit everywhere. I was living away from my family, we were trying to close our house, and everyone was sent home to lockdown. Needless to say, we ventured into unchartered waters and continued forward. Deanna and Eric, quickly adjusted to the new times and challenges that COVID brought. My husband is high-risk and they did everything needed to ensure his safety, while finishing everything we needed to do to close, safely. Then upon closing we were faced with a Pandemic move, they helped us finish getting our house ready for the new buyers, so we were able to successfully hit the road with our lives in our cars, in the middle of a global pandemic. We have bought and sold many homes, never in a situation like this. The amount of consistent service and professionalism was not only impressive, it was also very much needed and appreciated. Other agents may have given up, or the house may not have closed, or we may not have been able to get ourselves together to make the move. Deanna and Eric made sure everything came together, just as we needed, so that we could live our "Happily Ever After."
