Deanna Denny

This is our 3rd house buying/ selling with Deanna. We liked her the first time we used her. We lived in CT and did all our correspondence over the phone and fax for our first purchase with her. She's a no nonsense realtor and knows her stuff. That's why we used twice again. We've become good friends since the first purchase.

I first met Deanna Denny several years ago when I first considered selling my childhood home. She was helpful in providing comps. Soon after, the property was rented. When the tenants moved, I remembered Deanna, and she came back, ready to roll. I lived outside of Virginia, but that was not a problem for her. She was flexible, patient, a good listener, and reasonable. Deanna even followed through with fuel tank removal on the property. Deanna Denny is one of the best agents I have encountered. I appreciate her efforts in making the sale. Thank you, Deanna.

Ms. Denny helped in both the purchase and sale of my first home and the purchase of my second home. She was always very helpful and patient, never pushy, always putting her clients needs above anything. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and shared that information. Ms. Denny stayed in communication with me and kept me updated on everything that was happening. I was pregnant at the time of the sale and Ms. Denny went way above and beyond and took care of things for me to ease the stress on my end. By the end of the process she was more like family than a realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market to buy or sell.

With 25 years of experience, she brought me some valuable knowledge and insight on how the housing market works. Her good character and morals made me feel comfortable that I had chosen the right realtor. I was so pleased with her business dealings of selling my house that I went with her to purchase a beautiful new home. As far as my opinion goes, she is the absolute best realtor around!!!!
