Hello! I'm DeAnna Culler, wife, mother, grandmother and FULL TIME REALTOR with Re/Max Real Estate Group in Martinsburg, WV...serving the Eastern Panhandle of WV. I will do a market evaluation (at no cost to you), so you are satisfied that you're not paying too much--and, if selling, to price your property where it needs to be priced. Overpriced properties are not what anyone wants!!! When a buyer contracts to purchase a property, most always (if there's a loan involved...and sometimes cash buyers want them, too)...there's an appraisal done on the property to make sure it's not overpriced from the lender's standpoint. AND, you don't want to pay TOO MUCH either! Overpriced properties get 'stale' on the market and people start to wonder...what's wrong with the property?
