She visited the site and gave me her recommendations on the listing price and timing to put our property on the market this summer. We had a full price offer within 9 days and the deal closed in two months. Although she was not the selling agent, Deanna continued to communicate frequently and guided us on all the paperwork that needed to be completed online. I would highly recommend her.
