She was there every step of the way for the rest of the process with great communication, which was very important since we moved out of our home 2 weeks before closing.

Deanna was awesome to work with on the purchase of our home from start to finish! She was quick to set up a showing of the house for us, and a second showing just a few days later which helped us make our decision. She researched pricing of other properties in the area to make sure our offer was appropriate. Since it’s an area that is still being re-developed, there was a lot more work that went into the comps than usual. With her help we were able to knowledgeably negotiate with the seller and agree on a price. Once we were under contract, Deanna went to work making sure that we had everything on track to close as quickly as possible. She recommended and scheduled inspections for us, and negotiated with the seller for us to keep some of the furnishings and appliances in the house. She even measured rooms in the new house for us to make sure our furniture would fit. Deanna kept us informed throughout the process with calls, texts, and emails, and was always available to answer questions. On closing day she was so excited for us and even brought us a housewarming gift to celebrate. She is professional, great at what she does, and so much fun to work with!

The photos taken of the house were really great. Her staging was also very good. Three days after the house was listed I had 2 offers. The appraisal was not as high as we expected, but with negotiations, I got more than the appraised value.
