Deanna did a great job in marketing and selling our home in Bridgeport, which was a new area for her and she quickly came up to speed on the market dynamics in neighborhood. She was very thoughtful in her approach to determine listing price and managed our expectations well throughout the entire process. She advised on current trends and features that buyers would be willing to pay for and put forth a couple of creative ideas on preparing our house for sale. She developed a strong rapport with our buyer and their agent and was a very firm and fair negotiator. Lastly, she was spot-on in her prediction for what price our house would sell at.
