Deann was assigned to us through an agency. The first time we met her, we knew she was the one to assist us with finding our new home. She knew exactly what we wanted and we found our new home in just one day. Deann is very detailed and stood by us every step of the way. She answered every call and answered every question. She advised us on different bank programs and made sure we knew we had options. Not only is Deann a professional agent, she made great conversation and is funny. When situations became stressful, she just has that way about her to relieve some of the stress and make you laugh. That was so important to us because selling and buying a new home can be very stressful. It takes a special individual to be able to balance professolism with being a friend.
