I cannot recommend DeAnn highly enough. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From start to finish, she made the entire buying process feel manageable and enjoyable. She has a genuine, deep empathy that makes you feel like she has just as much at stake as you do. She was constantly looking out for my money and making sure we were making smart, informed decisions. She's also a great teacher. She took the time to explain each step so we actually understood the process and nuances of the LA market. On top of all that, she's a true self-starter. I never had to push her or follow up to get things moving — she always knew the right next step and took the initiative to handle it herself. She does whatever it takes to help her clients succeed. If you're looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely on your side, she's the one.

Her years of experience was evident every step of the selling process. But her value goes further because she went above and beyond to get the property in a position for potential clients to view. This property had a lot of furniture and three garages of material that required resolution. There is no way I could have managed this without her unwavering support. I’d never heard of ‘cash-for-keys’ but here was another glitch in the process I needed to deal with. Her professionalism and persistence to seeing this sale through in a timely manner speaks volumes, not just as a qualified agent but as a good-hearted person.
