We were introduced to Deana a few years ago. Once we were seriously considering purchasing a house in Vancouver, she listened to what we were thinking of doing and helped us find the right house. As we were living in another state at the time, she used technology to help us “see” the houses by using video calls. We made several offers, and in one case, she stayed up to midnight so we could get the offer in on time. Her knowledge of local rules and insistence on getting inspection reports ensured we didn’t simply buy something which might have problems down the road. We are delighted with the homies purchase and could not be more grateful for all the extras Deana has done for us.

Deana was wonderful to work with. She provided many great tips to get my house ready to sell. She was also incredibly patient waiting for me to get the ball rolling. She was very responsive allowing me to text or call whenever I had a question. I was shocked in the abundance showings and offers my home received. This was all do to the hard diligent work Deana did in putting my house on the market. I also can't say enough how fortunate I was to have her represent me in selling my home.

Both my partner and I loved working with Deana! She was knowledgeable, quick to answer all of our first time homebuyer questions (even while on vacation!), frequently checked in with us, and was a joy to work with! She made this process as stress-free as possible. If we ever decide to sell our home and purchase a new one she will be the first person we contact!

Deana rocks! She goes above and beyond just showing the house, notices problems quickly, explains everything clearly and she is super friendly! She also quickly arranges professionals to get a second opinion on the roof, windows, crawlspace, etc.

Deana did a wonderful job at pointing out details about homes and locations that we would have totally missed. She was very knowledgeable about areas and local amenities, schools, and growth in each area that we looked at. She was more than happy to accommodate our growing list of houses we wanted to see and she was extremely patient and kind to our rambunctious kiddos. We love you Deana, thank you for everything!!
