Deana helped my Mom and me sell my Grandmothers house in Niceville, FL. From the beginning to end Deana exceeded all expectations. Deana was easy to communicate with, responsive and had great knowledge of the local market. We sold the house for more than asking and faster than I thought was possible. Deana helped coordinate repairs, move furniture, dealt with family members and did everything and more than we asked. I'm blown away with her professionalism. Deana was the selling agent on the house I bought in Santa Rosa Beach. My agent was nice and sometimes responsive - however she left a lot to be desired in informing. After purchase and when I got into town I contacted Deana to learn all the things my agent forgot to inform me on; about the neighborhood, pest control, insurance and the intricacies of the house itself. She didn't have to do this - the sale was done and she had no obligation to me. Instead she acted as if I was the one who contracted her, and she was willing to do whatever was needed to help me get settled in my new neighborhood. That's great service and I recommend Deana highly.
