Consistent attention through the challenge of selling during the pandemic. Dinner was always positive and encouraging even though the pandemic slowed down the sale. We ended up with a perfect buyers for a reasonable price, those slightly below our expectations. We were a bit disappointed that, even though we signed an agreement with the buyers regarding “as is” repairs, we were advised to agree to their final demands because there was some fear on the realty company‘s part that we would lose the buyers. We would have appreciated a bit more advocacy for sticking to the signed agreement. Overall however, we believe Deana did a good job selling our house.
