Buying my new house was super easy with Deana Dixon!!

Deana Dixon made my first home buying experience a breeze! As a travel nurse, I had been living & working out of my 5th wheel all over the country for many years, but finally decided I needed a home base. I found a house I liked on Zillow near Mena, Arkansas and needed a realtor to start the process. I did a quick Google search for realtors in that area and Select Realty popped up. I was a little nervous to talk to a realtor because I hadn't had a house in almost 20 years. I didn't do any reviews or research on who was the best realtor company like I normally would have. I just knew which house I wanted, and I needed a realtor. So, I made the call and talked to Deana "from Mena". Right from the start, Deana made me feel at ease and explained the house buying process and what steps I needed to take. I was working 12-hour night shifts in Columbia, Missouri at the time, (about 400 miles away) but Deana was able to accommodate my odd work hours. She consistently updated me on things I needed to do and was fast to respond to my questions to the seller's agent. We met in person for the house viewing and I found her to be very friendly and easy to work with. Also, since I didn't know anyone in Mena, so she was a great resource for local services I would need. In my opinion, she basically set me up for success from the start. I sent my first text Jan 12th, 2024, and closed on the house Feb 23rd, 2024. For me, the whole process was fast and effortless. I would highly recommend Deana Dixon from Select Realty!
