He communicates well and in a timely manner...not only with me, but also communicated with my broker and kept her updated....is very familiar with the market and area...put me in touch with a superlative broker...helped me successfully negotiate things I didn't know could be negotiated and some I wouldn't have even tried to ask for if I had...he is very easy to talk to...he made the whole process from start to finish seamless and deceptively easy...in my opinion, as a nervous first time buyer, as I was, all extremely important assets!
