We are very happy with Dean's service as our buying agent and we highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home. Dean is not only professional and an expert in his field but timely and proactive. Soon after the selling party received our offer, Dean sent us in written form the steps we'd move through for a smooth completion of the sale. He held our hand through the entire process from when the offer was made, pricing negotiations, through the loan process, details of the walk through, closing the sale, up to when the keys were handed over. We cannot recommend him enough. Note: The reason why Dean received only 4 stars for "negotiating skills" is because my husband did most of the negotiating.
