Dean was overall a great realtor for my 5 siblings and me. He was helpful in providing his knowledge as to what would help us sell our large family home. Listing it in a positive manner with well taken pictures highlighting the positives of the home. Communication was very key when dealing with 6 people and Dean was great. Letting us know about showings, inspections, comments he may have gotten from potential buyers. Dean made sure we were putting in the necessary steps to try and sell our home by scheduling contractors to give estimates for potential items to be addressed and his suggestions on what we needed to concentrate on. When we did get an offer he laid out the different options that we may want to counter offer with, explaining the differences. We all felt comfortable working with Dean. I especially liked that I could talk to Dean and he gave me his honest opinion or insight and not just told me what he thought I wanted to hear. I have been involved in several real estate transactions over the years and Dean was best out all I have worked with. Dean is professional but I liked it better that he was down to earth and we felt more like family and friends. The question below about using Rate my Agent. We didn't use that but had been taking notice that he had been selling alot homes in our area and we wanted a realtor that showed a lot of drive. I am so glad that Dean was willing to take on our family of 6 siblings selling the family home.
