By owner sale in Oak Creek gets complicated, closes smoothly

We were having a hard time coordinating the sale of our property because it involved 3 owners and a seller in different time zones and had some issues with the buyer which needed negotiation. We were hitting walls in this sale. I called Dean out of the blue - and he was willing to take on this project. He took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the sale, what to watch out for and what were non issues - and made it extremely transparent and easy to understand.
