Deano went above and beyond when helping me purchase my condo. He is well knowledgeable about the area. He pointed me to the right places to look to satisfy my goals. Being located out of state complicated my search. He sent me numerous places to look at online. When I found a place I liked, he went into the condo and not only took many 360 pictures of the unit but also took several videos as part of the walk-through. His ability to capture the ins and outs of the unit far exceeded my expectations. He held my hand from sale to closing, but that isn't all. After the closing, he took things one step further and set me up with a contractor who could help me remodel the unit. Deano was a constant fixture from start to finish of the entire process, and I couldn't have done it without him.
