Dean genuinely cares about getting you the house you want. My husband and I used him to find and buy a house sight unseen, and he was indispensable. He would respond within minutes to text messages (at all hours of the day), and when we told him we were wanting to see more of a house, he would book an appointment to view it that day or the next to make a youtube video and send it to us. He would mention useful details such as a house having bowed walls or sinking floors, and he would mention musty smells if he noticed it. He would take measurements that we requested as well. He helped us negotiate for the best price and in handling any objections to the inspection. Very honest person, would definitely recommend.
