Dean helped me navigate a very intricate 1031 exchange using CA property for UT property. He was patient through two transactions that fell out of escrow. He never seemed too busy for my questions and took time to explain things throughout. Also, as we were in CA for some of the time during the purchase he made all documents easy to access through digital signatures. He is a great agent and more importantly a great person.
