We listed our home and adjacent lot with Dean. He quickly found a buyer for the lot, and a few months later helped us sell our large house, which was in a neighborhood of smaller homes. We winter in Arizona and the showings took place while we were gone, so Dean went to the house ahead of time to open blinds and turn on lights for the potential buyers and their agent. The sale got complicated, and he was there every step of the way, presenting options to us and helping us with our decision making. We are very pleased with how everything turned out, and highly recommend Dean.
