It was a pleasure having Dean as my realitor . He went above and beyond what I expected him to do. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. I recommend Dean to anyone looking to sale there place all I had to do was sign the paperwork Dean done the rest.
Dean was awesome! To work with. He helped me sale a piece of land (and thats all that it was) quickly and effortlessly. Also got me right at what I was asking to get from it as well. Highly recommend using Dean.
Hiring Dean Dungan, was by far the best decision we could have made when looking for a professional real estate agent to help us sell our lake house on Watts Bar lake. From start to finish Dean was Determined to succeed, a slick negotiator, ,had a winning personality, always held himself to a high ethical standard, just an all around great guy with a professional appearance and the ability to get the job done. Highly recommended!!!!
Dean hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
