My wife and I are thankful to have had Dean help us find our home. Very personable, easy to talk to and had no problem speaking his mind in offering honest answers to our questions. His patience in working with us (8 months!) was awesome. He gave us excellent advice with the structure, landscape, and local development for every home we looked at. He knows how a home should be built and identified flaws and potential weaknesses. I was impressed by how much he knows about planned future development surrounding most of the homes we looked at.
