Dean was fantastic! We looked at tons of houses until we found the one we wanted! He was very helpful, professional, and was great to work with! Would definitely recommend Dean to anyone looking to purchase a home!

Dean was awesome during my our search for our new home in FL. This is our 3rd home purchase and Dean is by far the best realtor we have worked with. He is very knowledgeable and always responsive. His expertise matched with his genuine care to find the right home for the right price ensured we got exactly what we wanted. So happy with our experience and would recommend Dean to anyone buying or selling.

His professionalism began with the initial showings of the properties and continued beyond the settlement date. Even after the closing of the property Dean was available to assist in solving other issues that arose. He was always prompt in returning our correspondence. We highly recommend Dean Aaron Waters.

Dean helped us find a home for my Father.. Being on a fixed income & having concerns with monthly association & maintenance fees, made the process tricky at times, but Dean was clear on the end goal and helped us find the right property, negotiate a fair deal and get to the closing table... Will use him again as future needs arises

He did everything in his power to make this home purchase as painless as possible. And afterwards, when he could've just taken his commission and walked away, he continued to help in every way possible. He stands out in this modern day, dog eat dog world of self serving opportunists as someone with true integrity, whose mission doesn't stop at the bank. Whose goal is to leave his clients feeling good about their choices and purchases. I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone, any time, any place.

I truly enjoyed working with Dean Waters, most often he answered my phone call, when he didn't answer he always returned my call in a timely manner. Dean was knowledgeable, responding with answers to my questions in language I understood. Dean was always "on time" for an appointment to look at a property, etc. Dean was very helpful in negotiating on our behalf, helping us to get the best deal. I would proudly recommend Dean Aaron Waters to anyone looking to purchase real estate.
