Our mom suddenly passed the day before Thanksgiving of 2021, and we were faced with selling the home she lived in since 1959, which she and our dad built together. To say this was a sensitive and emotional experience would be an understatement. We chose Tina De Marsh for numerous reasons (i.e. personality, experience, reputation, etc.), and she exceeded our expectations. We had a bid on the house on the 3rd day it was open to the public. During the inspection we discovered some issues with the house, being that it was built in 1959, and Tina helped us find contractors (who were amazing to work with) and scheduled all of the work.
