De Ann was very professional in here dealings with me. After finding out what was most important to me she showed me houses that met the criteria. As we walked through them she pointed out anything that might be a problem. Once under contract she stayed informed of everything that was going on and needed to be done. She stayed involved through the whole process and even after the closing. Making sure I had everything l needed such as utilities. She knows the area. I recommend her.
