I was a first time home seller, no clue how to go about selling a home. I like so many others went online for information on HOW TO. I did not plan to buy another house until this beach plot caught my eye. I called Joe to see it, and we decided on one fine evening in February to buy. An offer was made the next day and immediately accepted. I hoped for fast cash closing; however, there was a lien on the lot – a mistake made by the bank. After a long struggle with the seller’s bank and team, 3 months later I got the keys for the house in the location I wanted. The kicker is… for a price to be envied!
