Excellence is the least Joe is capable of... and nothing less. Since I first met Joe Powers a good few years ago, I purchased several more properties with his guidance, help, and blessing, and made a substantial financial gain on each. There are only 5 stars in this rating, but I believe that Joe deserves many more - perhaps his own galaxy! Integrity, honesty, altruism, are the only words that can describe Joe accurately, both as a human being, and as a realtor.
