My wife and I were so grateful to work with Dayton when buying our house. We were first time homebuyers, and the process daunted us to say the least. From the first meeting we requested to learn how the process works to closing day, Dayton was with us every step of the way. He was really good at using our criteria such as price and location to find us great potential houses. Tools like zillow can be great, and sometimes give the feeling you could find a house without an agent, but I do not recommend this. Dayton was able to use his resources and communicate information about the houses that wasn't on Zillow, and saved us time and money Additionally, the houses Dayton sent us to consider sometimes weren't even on zillow yet, and fit our criteria much better than houses on zillow within the filters we were using. When we viewed houses, Dayton was very knowledgeable about the potential issues, and showed us things to look at that we wouldn't have thought of ourselves, and clearly expressed concerns when necessary. Finally, when it came to the house we loved, he shared in our enthusiasm, helped us with the offer, and was a great negotiator, helping us get our house, which multiple people had put offers on. Throughout the whole process, Dayton was clearly advocating for us, and always had our best interests at the forefront. He was accessible for questions, and easy to communicate with. I was grateful to have an agent for the negotiation process alone, but I was impressed with Dayton in every step of the process. He works really hard, and goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met in the house you are looking for. I have heard some horror stories about peoples' experience with realtors, but I believe you won't be disappointed if you work with Dayton. You should have an agent, and it should be Dayton Spomer.
