As a firsttime home buyer I was very nervous and untrusting. My family and friends were telling me not to go to someone I didint know. The problem was I didnt know any realestate agents so I just started looking at houses on the realestate search ads. That's how I got to know Mrs. Daisy Vergara. She interviewed me and acquired all the information she needed to help me acomplish my dream. She then started to send me houses at the price range I gave her. Then a problem came up with the loan I had recieved. The loan officer I was working, which got me a loan for one Hundred and Thirty Thousand at 3 .75% and 10% down, (which I thought was great at that time). Had told me tha because of the Covid outbreak the bank had canceled my loan. I told the bad news to Daisy ands she was able to get me a new loan officer, which she works with. I called the loan officer and she was able to get me in a first time home buyer's program, which got me a loan for One Hundred Forty Tousand at 2.75% and only 5% down. I was so happy. My loan was ready and I found the house of my dreams. Daisy took care of everything. All I had to do was follow her instructions and sign the needed documents. Everything went so smoothly that I was shocked, usually something always goes wrong. Everything went perfect.
