Ms. Pratt was involved with me from directing me to the right avenue repairing my credit, to being available and flying out to search for homes and assisting me with all the necessary documentation to get me to closing. After 4 months of being a 1st time homeowner unlike most agents she didn't forget about me, when an opportunity came for me to refinance she connected me with the right people and I am so thankful to her. Ms. Pratt definitely goes above and beyond for her clients from negotiating for you to being your biggest cheerleader when you feel like throwing in the towel. She is definitely a miracle worker!
