I searched for the right realtor and chose Dayna Simon. Excellent communication and available at all times. I would recommend her to a friend or relative.

We picked Dayna as we felt most comfortable with her. We liked what she had to say. She made a very professional presentation. We liked the home staging and saw this as a value adding part of the service. We saw strong sales activity. Her guidance was very helpful with pricing and negotiations. We trusted Dayna as we were not around for the sale process having already relocated.

She is our agent. This was our third time working with Dayna and she was our only choice Due to our out of country location, Dayna took extra steps to ensure all required actions were explained and scheduled. Can’t ask for better service than that
