She understood the local market I was looking at pretty well. I entered a contract within two weeks of contacting her agency (mostly luck). Overall, the closing process went pretty smoothly. There are couple instances where seller's agent became overly concerned about closing timeline. Dayna remained professional and dealt with situations appropriately. I would hire her as a buyer agent again.
