Westergard’s business card reads, “Experience the difference”. My wife & I listed our home with Daymond and Leigh Ann in July. By August 1st we had a buyer. The BIG difference we experienced came after the inspection. The report exposed several issues that required a deeper knowledge & experience that Daymond and Leigh Ann brought to the table. A couple of issues exposed were serious enough to require permitting & vendors available to remediate in a timely manner. This matter could have resulted in buyer fatigue & a lost sale.
