David is very responsible. From house inspection to transaction, every step is well followed up. Explaining the transfer process to us in advance makes us feel relieved.

David is excellent at making the purchase/sale of a home low stress. He sold our home for us very quickly with very little effort or expense on our part. He is practical and efficient in preparing your home for sale (even if you are still living in it during a pandemic). David was professional and calming all along. David was also very fair about his commission which helped us save money on the backend.
