We could not have asked for anything more. Dawne worked hard for us to get us into the community we wanted. She was very personal and open to us. She guided us through the whole process of selling our old house to buying a new house with ease.
Dawne was exceptional in every way. First, she gave me encouragement on what could easily be done to sell my house at a price I was comfortable with. (Note* a previous agent suggested I would put it on the market for $40000 less than Dawne did and made it clear I would be lucky if I got that. I absolutely dreaded our first meeting due to that comment. The last thing I needed during my tumultuous life was to hear again how the place I called home was "less than.") Second, she worked tirelessly through nearly 4 contracts together with me and with the same enthusiasm with each attempt to close. (It is a tough lending market which overall is a good thing but made for a tough selling period for a bit) Regardless, on each new opportunity, she negotiated quickly and intelligently and if a question stumped her, got her broker involved asap. She kept me informed the second information was coming through so I could make informed decisions. She had open houses as often as was necessary and stayed in touch behind the scenes with anyone who even remotely showed an interest in the property to keep things churning in the pipeline. Third, she kept me motivated to keep a positive attitude throughout the grueling process. All in all, while 3 (almost 4) contracts were processed, she still managed to sell my house in only 5 months. I am a very satisfied client!!! :)
