And get this...she ALWAYS answers and/or returns phone calls and texts…so important. Dawna's knowledge of the market was evident from the start. She told us the price and time range we could expect. Though ours was a more complicated situation; we had a house, mobile home, and adjacent piece of land that could be sold together or separate, Dawna knew just how to handle it, and had several ideas on how to market it… from photographing, videoing, and listing the property on the MLS, Zillow, Facebook, and more, to emailing several of her contacts. The photos and videos came out beautifully. Dawna edited the videos and photographs into shorts, added music, and then “blasted” them out to the potential markets. We had a buyer within a month! But hold on…the buyers had to first sell their home, so Dawna started sending out adverts to help their realtor make the sale. There were a few issues that came up, but Dawna always found a resolution. Selling a home can be a daunting process with so many things and emotions to consider. Dawna helped us through it every step of the way… showing kindness and compassion, knowing how difficult it was for me to sell the place I called home for the past 30+ years. She also showed impeccable business scruples in every aspect of the sale from start to closing. Simply the BEST!
