I sold my house from out of state, which was extremely scary for me. I had never sold a house and I had no way to check on my property or physically be there for any part of the process. Dawna made sure to keep me updated on the process and my property. At first I was checking in once every couple of days, but as I realized she was taking care of the property and process, I was able to let go and let Dawna take care of it. I was under contract in two and a half weeks and closed about a month later. I was happy with the sale price and how quickly my house sold!
