Dawna helped my dad through the process of selling his house.. My dad has a hearing problem and a vision problem, and Dawna was very respectful and never tried to rush my dad... Dawna even brought out some homemade soup and cornbread when my dad was sick, during the process of selling his house I don’t think there are to many realtors that would have taken the time to do that.. I was very glad that I got to know Dawna and her husband a little bit.. yes I would recommend Dawna, if you were looking for a realtor.. She really worked hard to make things work for my dad.. For that I am very thankful.. She is a very sincere and caring and a wonderful woman.. I sold my house from out of state, which was extremely scary for me. I had never sold a house and I had no way to check on my property or physically be there for any part of the process. Dawna made sure to keep me updated on the process and my property. At first I was checking in once every couple of days, but as I realized she was taking care of the property and process, I was able to let go and let Dawna take care of it. I was under contract in two and a half weeks and closed about a month later. I was happy with the sale price and how quickly my house sold!
