As a military family, my husband and I have purchased and sold multiple houses in multiple states. That said, buying a home in the mountains is a unique experience that brings a unique set of challenges. This became apparently clear when we purchased our first mountain home a few years ago with Dawn. The selling agent was not familiar with the needs / requirements that go with buying/purchasing a home in our area. If we had not had Dawn representing us, we really would have been in a world of hurt as the agent on the other side was clueless regarding homes up here. We just closed on our second mountain home with Dawn this week and it was completely stress free knowing that she is an expert in mountain property and absolutely had our best interest in heart.
