Dawn was instrumental in selling my father's home. She helped my sister and I more than I could have imagined. She has her finger on the market and set the price just right- not too high and not too low. My sister and I live out of state, and Dawn made sure that was not an issue, checking on the house and communicating with us immediately any issues that needed attention.
