Being halfway across the country, Dawn made it seem like she was next door for every step of the way. When we started our house hunting we visited the area and we were introduced by Charlie and it took off from there. After we closed we were surprised how easy it was to buy a house without being in the area. Thank you Dawn!
From the beginning of listing our home and the final closing date Dawn was on top of everything. We got a cash offer in record time in a soft market. We would absolutely use her services again and highly recommend her to others.
Dawn was fantastic and very professional. She was always sending us new listing to check out. She was patient with us during the process and ultimately found the house we were looking for. She did an excellent job for us
Dawn came to our initial session fully prepared, with comparable market analyses, probable net estimates, & real estate background materials. Throughout the selling process, she kept me informed of the status of the listing. Dawn held several open houses & advertised my home vigorously on social media. She was able to sell my house in a difficult market, & I recommend her highly.
Not sure I can express how amazing Sawn was. I was selling my late father‘s home in Florida, but I live in Seattle Washington and she took care of everything for us. I would highly using her as your realtor.
Dawn was great. It was difficult to let ago of our parents home; Dawn could not have been more professional, patient & congenial. She guided us through each step ( including some unfortunate bumps in the road). Would highly recommend her
She’s a fabulous lady. Does everything she can to understand your needs and guide you through the process of buying/selling a home. Every realtor should be like Dawn.
Dawn has been so wonderful and found our dream home and made us very happy. So goes above and beyond the call of duty. She explains everything and is so easy to understand. Thank-you Dawn!!
Dawn was instrumental in selling my father's home. She helped my sister and I more than I could have imagined. She has her finger on the market and set the price just right- not too high and not too low. My sister and I live out of state, and Dawn made sure that was not an issue, checking on the house and communicating with us immediately any issues that needed attention. We always felt that she had our best interest in mind and never doubted her, especially when contracts were being written. As spring became summer, Dawn took new pictures and her husband trimmed the bushes, making the house look much more appealing. We have no regrets about our experience and are very grateful for all Dawn did for us!
Dawn Williams helped us throughout the process of purchasing a home and selling a home. We accomplished both within a matter of a few months. She is very on top of her game and is always accessible to answer any questions or give helpful hints to expedite the process. Thanks Dawn!!
Dawn Williams is a very professional agent. She was always available for us throughout the purchase of our new home. We highly recommended Dawn for all your realty needs. Thank you, Dawn for a smooth and relatively easy process.
