Dawn Wallace was truly a God-send. I was inexperienced and Dawn was so knowledgeable of every step and made it such a smooth process. She prepared me for the sell by staging, hosting, and delivering the best practices in getting our home sold. She stayed on top of everything!! She truly changed our lives for the better! She researched and provided so much information on my market with the sell, as well as options for potential homes and land we were looking for to purchase! She never dropped the ball. She was very detailed and read over all paperwork; she even found errors from buyers and kept in constant communication with us on the corrections. We entrusted her to do everything and it was so easy knowing she had our best interest at heart. Dawn is amazing and changed our lives for the better!
