It was my first time dealing with any real estate agent and I can say it was a pleasant experience. I pretty much knew nothing about about buying a house, but she kindly walked me through everything every step of the way. She was always very prompt and always let me know exactly what was going on. If I didn't understand how something worked, she would take her time to break it down for me so I had a complete understanding of the situation. She was professional and seemed to have a vast understanding of the housing market from what I could tell. I'm sure any other agent I may end up using in the future will pale in comparison to Dawn.

When the time came to move a few years later, we knew we wanted Dawn to be our agent! Our experience, especially during covid, was as painless as could be. Dawn knew the whole area, knew what roads and neighborhoods would be good for our kids and our requests, and what houses fit our needs. We talked on the phone for hours and became friends. I was able to reach out with any concerns without worry, even though I’m sure she needed a vacation after dealing with us. We had to buy without seeing but when we finally got “Home” it was everything we had dreamed of and more. I can recommend her enough- I literally recommend her to everyone.
