Dawn was outstanding to work with in both selling and purchasing our homes. She made the process seamless the whole way through. From allowing us to take our time with properties, communication with other parties, paperwork, and reaching out to other professionals to help with inspection/fixes of the home. She worked around our very busy schedule to ensure things got done in a timely and efficient manner. She happily gave input when asked, but allowed us to truly make decisions for ourselves.
