Although these two properties were very different and appealed to vastly different markets, my experience was the same: truly excellent! I was able to sign all but the closing documents remotely from my computer or phone without having to print anything. Even signing the closing documents was easy, because a notary came to my office at a time of my choosing and took care of that.
