This is easy...... Like almost everyone, I search the internet for someone to help sell our "getaway home". And what an experience with Dawn Strossner. She guided pricing and client type to sell our place in Blairsville, GA. Dawn knew exactly the client type and almost hit the sell date based on her data. Extremely easy to work with, I called Dawn several times (I am not a patient person) and she always answered my calls, she shared information that always made me feel comfortable, and I knew our place would be sold. During the inspection, the buyers had many questions and it was very simple to work back and forth helping them. Closely might have been the easiest I have experienced, all went very well, less than thirty minutes.
