Dawn was fantastic,everytime i called she answered and if not would call right back never felt any pressure what so ever, a very relaxing enviorment in purchasing a house Dawn's knowledge of the local housing market really helped me in picking an area were i would have appreciation on my house. there are certain areas, in in and around cobb county that you will get very little appreciation because of flood concerns and she kept me away from that.when i first met dawn she had given me all the information on all the house's we were to see that day with directions included just very organized throughout the whole process.i had no clue in what to look for in any house by the time we were done i felt 100 percent confident in my ability to find good homes thanks to dawn.
