Highly recommend Dawn! Very knowledgeable in the real estate business and was always able to answer any off the wall question I had about the home sale process. This was the first time I had sold a house and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. There were many unforeseen challenges that came up and she was able confidently guide me at every step along the way. Additionally, Dawn went out of her way to market my home in every way imaginable to include several open houses. Online views of my house were consistently above the average rate for homes in my area. Most important to me was how personable Dawn was. Dawn was available to answer all of our questions. She responded very quickly even during times we didn't expect to get an immediate response. She took time to talk to us between my two rambunctious children's yelling and chaos. If there was anything she wasn't sure of she got us the answers we needed very quickly. She was very good about keeping us informed on the good and bad of the areas we were looking in. She made sure we had an understanding of each step of the process.
