Highly recommend Dawn! Very knowledgeable in the real estate business and was always able to answer any off the wall question I had about the home sale process. This was the first time I had sold a house and she made me feel comfortable the entire time. There were many unforeseen challenges that came up and she was able confidently guide me at every step along the way. Additionally, Dawn went out of her way to market my home in every way imaginable to include several open houses. Online views of my house were consistently above the average rate for homes in my area. Most important to me was how personable Dawn was. Very easy to get along with making the the whole process go that much smoother. I know this quality was also reciprocated with buyers, buyers agents, etc. which no doubt aided in the sale of my home.
