I can't say enough good things about Dawn Stevens! You'll want her to be your new best friend. She is incredible. She's knowledgeable, experienced, very giving of her time, and she is a great advocate. She was an answer to prayer. She was there with us through all the ups and downs of the process of buying a house in this market. We were still out of state when our now new home was listed. We had a feeling about this one and didn't want to miss out! She was able to take us on a virtual tour of the house while we were sitting at the airport waiting for our flight! It was pretty awesome. It was like we were there, with her great insight and opinion walking us through it. Only a few hours later we put an offer in, and the next day our offer was accepted! She helped us navigate the inspection and negotiations, and got answers for us when the appraiser dropped the ball. She was our listening ear and made sure we got our house when outside forces were less than helpful. She knew what to do. We needed her. I can't thank her enough.
