Dawn was brought in at the 11th hour of my offer to purchase a home to fix big problems caused by other agents from her brokerage - Literally, at about 9:30 pm for an 11 pm response deadline after she drove back from Florida that day (it was also her birthday and she could have easily said that she did not have time). Dawn quickly demonstrated her in-depth knowledge of the real estate buying process as well as her professional and pleasant manner of conducting business. Throughout, she was extraordinarily responsive to questions and to address concerns, both in the manner and advice she gave, as well as her quick response times. Having previously worked at attorney Don White's office (also highly recommended) she is very familiar with the title review and other aspects of the real estate purchase process which always helped her to quickly address issues. She has a wonderfully pleasant, friendly, and calming manner about her. I opted to have a new full survey of the property - which apparently is not standard process here in KY - and Dawn volunteered to drive an hour to interact with the sellers to obtain their signatures, and to also drive the documents to be recorded at the county clerk's office. Though the other agents from the brokerage screwed up, Dawn righted the ship and made the buying process as stressless as possible. I have already recommended and refereed her to my real estate agent (and best friend) in New Jersey, and he has also commented on how pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to work with Dawn is. Dawn Severt is an excellent real estate professional with the in-depth knowledge and pleasant personality to make even a very demanding Veteran (Marine infantry) and attorney like me glad I was able to work with her.

Dawn was helpful in purchasing our new home. We were not from the area, and she was able to recommend an inspector for us. She also did a great job helping us identify items for our punch list (new construction home). She met with us several times to view the home and arranged for someone else to meet us if she could not be there. She was kind and professional.
