We relocated to Georgia with a pretty long list of desires of our next home. Many people told us we were asking for the impossible and to plan on settling. And then came Dawn, Master of the seemingly impossible. She showed us many properties, took the time to deeply research its history and features and educated us on the neighborhood we were in. In record time, she found our dream home. Trust me, this is the person you want negotiating FOR you! She is simply the best agent we could have imagined and thoroughly enjoyed working with her.

From the very moment we began working with Dawn she went out of her way to make our home buying experience perfect. Dawn's work ethic and skill level were amazing and she consistently exemplified top notch client service. On day one, Dawn drove two hours out of her normal area to meet with us (with very short notice). She found our DREAM HOME that very day, put our offer in and two days later we were under a very satisfactory contract. She negotiated quickly and with "ruthless" efficiency on our behalf and saved us over $10,000. Throughout the inspection/loan process she was quick to offer suggestions, guidance and more skillful negotiating in order to get us a Sweet Deal! In short, there is NOTHING I can say about Dawn that isn't glowing and positive. Would I recommend her as a buyers agent?
